Narrative

The employee was roof bolting when the operator informed him of a thin loose rock above his canopy.The employee took his drill steel and knocked the loose rock down, when preparing to drill his next hole a rock fell out of the top striking his canopy then struck the employee driving him to the ground.Once on the ground two smaller rocks feel striking him in the lower back and leg.
