Employee pulled under 9028 loader with 9206 production truck. 2nd bucket of ore had large chunk on edge of loader bucket & it dropped onto top edge of truck box behind operator cab. Employee states felt headache develop & stiff neck. It appears this is an aggravation of old injury from 1999, 98, 97 & 96. He treats periodically with same chiro for same area of body.
