Employee was riding out of the mine on a mantrip and a small piece of rock fell from the top striking his fingers. Cause of this injury was not having a top over the seating compartments. Compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, protective equipment not a factor, miner knowledge a factor, mining equipment/systems not a factor.
