The Oakdale Portal elevator was inoperable from 11:23 pm to 1:25 am. Nineteen employees were entrapped from 11:23 pm to approx 11:50 pm. No injuries. Door switch caused contactor overload. Repairs made by Schindler returned to service at 1:25 am .
