an unplanned roof fall occurred in entyr 3-5 bolt on the track entry at spad #1045 7000' from the active face. No equipment was involved. Ventilation was not affected. Passage of person was affected. Fall measured 20' length 25' width and 8' height. cribs were installed. no injuries were reported.
