## Narrative

EE was walking around a truck and slipped on a rock in a puddle. He reported the incident immediately to his supervisor, but did not have any pain and thought he just rolled his ankle a bit. He chose to work through shift and the next day. After scheduled days off with increasing pain and swelling, he reported the change of status and went to Dr. on 2/14/2006.
