FRIGID COLD WEATHER CAUSED WATER TO AIR COMPRESSORS TO FREEZE. THE MAIN HOIST WAS DOWN FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS BECAUSE OF NO AIR. ALL UNDERGROUND WORK ACTIVITY WAS HALTED. #2 SHAFT WAS OPERATIONAL, BUT NO ONE WAS EVACUATED.
