An unintentional roof fall was discovered at 1 break inby spad #3886, #1 entry, #5 belt #53 block. This fall was discovered & reported during the recovery effort by Mine Rescue Teams to the surface command center. It is unknown when the fall occurred but it has now been fully investigated. The dimensions are 90'L x 19'W x 7.5'H.
