Narrative

EE was working in Bldg 2012 in the surge bin, working on a total rebuild of the gyro crusher. EE was climbing the cart ladder, while reaching to his right to grab an airline. His hardhat hit against a pipe while he was climbing the ladder causing a hard compression leaving a pain in his neck.
