## Narrative

Employee was stacking 50# Bore-Gel bags onto turn table at Bore-Gel plant.  Employee was reaching for a bag coming off tail roller and when he went to lift the bag, heard something pop.  Diagnosed with sprain to right wrist.  Employee was given a wrist splint and placed on restricted duty.
