Mining 1 intersected D-Gas hole, water full pipe coming out of hole. Normal strata, aprox. 96"" high-24"" draw slate. No sand rock. Normal roof conditions. Plugged hole aprox. 9:30pm. Ignition was self extinguishing. Location C-Bleeders CH.section #1 entry. Methane quality at face .040% CH4 when ignitioin occurred-K-order issued
