Narrative

EE WAS OPERATING A ROOF BOLTER. HB DRILL STEELS WERE STUCK TOGETHER. AS HE WAS PULLING THEM APART THE BOTTOM SECTION CAME LOOSE AND HIT HIS NOSE CAUSING A FRACTURE.
