Narrative

Employee injured back while driving slope belt drive bull gear onto shaft with sledge hammer. Note: This accident was not ruled compensable until 3/7/06, received notification from Brick Street on 3/9/06. Originally beleived accident was not work related since first day missed was 1/26/06.
