Narrative

EE was lifting a small piece of sheet metal (2'2""x 4'x 1/2"") on a table, assisted by another EE. EE picked up his end of metal almost waist high and stopped. EE felt light headed and asked to sit down. EE was taken by ambulance and was unable to return to work.
