Narrative

Employee was loading railroad ties onto a flatbed truck with coworker. Coworker set his end down on the edge of the truck bed and came around to the other end to help push it onto the truck. The railroad tie slipped off the edge of the truck, causing employee to drop the other end. The railroad tie hit the employee on his right knee.
