## Narrative

EE stated that he was walking along side the crusher power unit when he got approx 10 ft. from the last open cut xct. the rib and part of the top rolled out and struck him knocking him to the mine floor. Second rock fell & wedged between the  mine floor and power control box. This kept the weight of rock from falling completley on him.
