Narrative

Employee was removing a grease plug from a grease jack on a conveyor belt. The plug blew out and struck the employee on the left hand, causing a laceration to the palm between the third and fourth digits. Currently investigating and procuring bleeder valves that will allow pressure to be relieved prior to removing the plugs.
