A possible unplanned ignition of explosives was reported due to smoke observed. Called in immediately per regulations. Futher investigation revealed smoke observed however no evidence of an explosion was found(noise,disturbed material). Our opinion: the shovel uncovered unignited ammonium nitrate that was burning in a hole that could not be observed until it was uncovered.
