## Narrative

Employee was assisting co-workers in loading a belt take-up into a scoop bucket by retracting the dozer blade which was hooked to the take-up using a chain. Injured employee had his right hand on the scoop bucket frame and used his left hand to push on the chain. His right hand got caught between the dozer blade and the frame of the scoop bucket.
