## Narrative

After throwing a track switch, he began to operate a 5 ton mantrip, as he entered the crosscut, the mantrip struck the tongue of a low-boy dolly stored in the switch. He was propelled forward and struck his left cheek on the canopy over the passenger compartment. This resulted in a laceration that required 5 sutures. No time was lost due to the injury.
