Narrative

EE stated that while putting #184 portal bus on charge he was pulling battery plug out of the receptacle when it released suddenly causing his right hand to hit the pole dog assembly. This resulted in a non displaced fracture of the 2nd metacarpal of his right hand. He was wearing metacarpal gloves.
