Narrative

Employee was placing a belt winder on B Belt. B-Belt is on an incline. The winder slid down hill pinching the Ee's hand between the winder and the open end of a 2"" pipe handrailing. The railing had been removed to allow the winder to be placed into position. The resulting injury (an avulsion) required medical care (sutures)
