Narrative

Employee was using hand tools(wrench) on Tuesday, 3/21/06, when he injured a tendon in his right thumb. It was determined that the employee had lacerated his right thumb at home on 3/19/06, but did not properly treat or report this off the job injury. On Tuesday, this injury was aggravated by pulling on a wrench, requiring medical treatment and restricted use of right hand.
