Narrative

EE stated he was in the process of helping the roof bolter operator assemble roof bolts and place together. He looked up to examine the roof, when a small piece of rock fell striking him on the left side, corner of his mouth. The impact caused EE to bite the inside of his lip on the left side. The wound required 6 sutures to close.
