Narrative

EE reported:Loading bolting supplies onto the roof bolter, he bent over picked up a bundle of roof bolt plates (approx 6-8lbs) turned to place on machine and experienced pains in low back. Con't to work for 3 hrs., pain cont'd & he came out of the mine. Was taken to local medical facility for treatment. (Possible irritation to previous ee's injury)
