Narrative EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING AXLE HOUSING WITH BRAKE CLEANER AND LOOKED INSIDE THE HOUSING WITH A HALOGEN LIGHT. THE HEAT OF THE LIGHT IGNITED THE VAPORS, CAUSING A FLASH FIRE (BURNS TO FACE & NECK).
