Employee was walking out of the wearhouse to the mens room. Upon exiting the wearhouse door he turned right and bumped the metal tree stand with his right leg. Employee did not seek any immediate first aid. Employee requested medical aid 5 days after receiving injury due to increase pain in the injured area.
