Narrative

EE was ground man working with cat 320 to set. diesel pump in place to remove excess water from pond. EE states his R foot slipped while walking on a slope and his knee ""buckled"". EE did not report injury until next day 1/31/06. Surgery to repair on 3/29/06 torn cartilage.
