EE was in cylinder rack switching out the empty cyl with full cyl. EE had more cylinders in the rack than should normally fit & had wrapped a chain around the front of the rack to hold them. Chain was removed & first cyl moved out of rack. Cyl behind had an ice ring around it & when 1st cyl was moved it slipped sideways and struck EE in upper leg.
