Narrative

Two mechanics were in the process of replacing one side of the diverter gate at 4, 5, 6 pebble bins. They were in the process of checking the stroke & travel of the cylinders when the shaft of one of the cylinders broke, dropping the assembly. The cylinder struck the back of the injured mechanics right hand, pinning it against a support beam.
