Narrative

EE was installing permanent roof support in 3 left break, when the two piece drill steel that he was using got stuck in the hole. As he was pulling the bottom piece of drill steel out the top piece slid out of the hole & bounced off drill pot of roof bolter stuck his R elbow. Caused small laceration 2 stitches to close.
