An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia North Mine at the #1 entry of the 13th west longwall at 6818', pot out between tip of headgate shields and crusher approx 15'thick, approx. 18'wide and approx 20'thick. The fall did not affect ventilation. The fall will be cleaned up. Fall #23 D
