EE was removing a wheel chock that was used to fill in a ditch that caused the buggy to get high centered, when removing the last piece of timber from the back wheel, the unit moved forward 2 - 3"" causing his right thumb to be pinched/caught between the buggy rear mancarrier & the wheel chock pinching the tip of the right thumb off.
