Narrative

On 8/1/05, ee was squatting and kneeling down off and on for 4 hours drilling. His knees became sore. He went home and when he awoke on 8/2/05 his knees continued to hurt. He then reported to Alcoa's Medical Dept where he was given Ibuprofen and no restrictions issued. His knees continued to hurt him and on March 29, 2006, he had an MRI. He was placed on restrictions.
