## Narrative

Employee was putting a filter back into service after filter sock change.   The filter lid gasket leaked upon the introduction of slurry product.   Hot slurry released onto the back of the employee's head/neck/behind ear area.  1st degree burn to approximately 6"" x 6"" area and 2nd degree burn to approximately 1"" x 1"" area.
