Employee and other co-workers were transporting wood cribs to belt. He got his finger between a stationary crib and a moving crib that was being transported on a grocery dolly. Cause of this injury was awareness and communication between workers on distractions. Protective equipment was worn, miner proficiency a factor, mining equip/systems not a factor, rules,regs not a factor.
