Narrative

Employee was setting grade for a road culvert located near DIII 16 pond in the DIII Area when he slipped and fell while descending a muddy slope. His left hand contacted the sharp end of the culvert causing a laceration on the end of his left ring finger requiring 4 stitches to close.
