Narrative

Two employees were carrying an 8"" piece of pipe. The employee on the distal end lost his grip on the pipe causing it to fall. Whe the far end fell, it caused the near end to fall as well. When the near end fell, it caught the employee's hand between the pipe and a welding machine.
