Narrative

While employee was operating LHD remotely, the exhaust tube came off turbo. Employee attempted to remove LHD from workplace by manually operating it. Subsequently inhaled LHD exhaust. This is reportable for oxygen and breathing treatment. Awaiting pulmonology exam.
