## Narrative

Day shift crew was traveling to the unit, at XC 115 MNW, a piece of draw rock fell approximately 2' x 1' x 3/4"" fell from roof striking the injured at the head cutting his left ear. This required 8 stitches. Injured returned to work the same day.
