Narrative

Employee was unwrapping 1.5"" fire hose from a hanger. He was dragging the hose to the tail section of the raw coal belt when the hose caught on an obstacle. Employee pulled on the hose to free it when he felt a burning sensation in his lower right abdomen. Employee did not miss work until 5/8/06.
