Narrative

EE was climbing down the ladder of a 500 Komatsu wheeled loader. His feet missed the last step due to its poor design and fell striking the back of his hard hat against a vertical tubing pump on the floor. The adjustment knob on the back of his hard hat caused a laceration on the back of his head.
