Narrative

While descending from the rear deck of a Jumbo Drill, the employee's foot entered a small opening in the deck. This caused the employee to temporarily lose his balance and fall upright 3 feet to the concrete flooring. This resulted in the employee landing on the instep of his left leg, damaging the tendons in his knee.
