## Narrative

Injured was installing a roof bolt in the south portal roadway. He swung the canopy out toward the rib and his head was caught between the canopy and an overhang on the rib. This resulted in a cut over his right eye and a contusion on the back of his head. The cut required 10 sutures to close.
