## Narrative

Employee was operating the continuous miner in No. 3 entry mining the first lift left from the pillar when a pillar bump occurred, causing a rock brow measuring 19"" long x 8"" thick x 10"" high to fall from the mine roof and rib. The rock struck his right shoulder and neck resulting in contusions to this area. The mine roof was supported with 5' resin bolts, plates & mats.
