Narrative

Injured was installing monorail bolts. After scaling some small pieces of rock from the top, he began drilling a hole. After the hole was drilled about a foot, a piece of rock appproximately 12""x 12"" fell out and struck him between his right index finger and his middle finger. Injured was wearing gloves. He received seven stitches.
