## Narrative

Employee was bringing up #3 filter and was trying to clean the wash water spray bars.  His safety glasses got fogged.  He backed away from the filter and took his safety glasses off and something splashed into his left eye.  Eye drops were prescribed by Dr. of the Williamson Eye Center.
