Narrative

Mechanic was using a 1 1/2"" impact wrench and a 4 5/8"" socket to remove 3"" rod bolts from a hoist case on D33 Dragline. As he lifted the impact up a little over head high, he felt some pain in his upper back and it was sore the next day. Chiropractic treatment started on 5/19/2006
