Narrative

A roof fall occurred in the 2nd east entry in #10 entry spad 69+20 measuring approx. 100' x 20' x 6'. The area had been bolted with 5' fully grouted roof bolts in early May of 2006. The fall was apparently caused by a hidden slip in the mine roof.
