On 5/23/06 an unintentional roof fall occurred on the 3rd south return in #2 entry at #12 cross cut. This roof fall was supported with 10' point anchor roof bolts. The roof fall measured 18'l, 18'wide x 15' high and the roof fall will not be cleaned up.
